17180 Wollemi Pine Scarf (e-pattern)
The Wollemi Pine Wrap is perfect for use with yarn Advent Calendars, or leftover yarns from your favourite projects, or 3 x 100g skeins that you’ve been saving for a special project.
A simple combination of lace and brioche chevrons blends your colours together in a fun and interesting way, creating a pattern reminiscent of the glorious, ancient, rare and endangered Wollemi Pines of eastern Australia.
An applied i-cord edge, on all four sides, keeps everything nice and neat and contained, as well as being a great place to hide yarn ends at the end of the project :-)
Whether you’re knitting one section each day with a yarn Advent Calendar or working with a few select colours, you will have this addictive pattern finished in no time.
While this pattern has a Yarn Advent Calendar with 20g minis in mind, there are very easy instructions included to accomodate a yarn Advent Calendar that has 10g minis, so that you can make a scarf version.
Size: 38cm (15") x 220cm (86") after blocking, approximately.
